They'll then transfer you, and you might be lucky enough to speak to one right then, or you'll get their voice mail. They are VERY prompt and courteous about returning your call. They'll take your CC info, address, phone, etc and will even provide an email address (if you ask, they might forget to mention it, they're sometimes very busy, but still very accomodating.) I got this suggestion from AsianAG, when my 'imperfect' Elizabeth (she had asymmetrical eyes) arrived. I called AGPNY and spoke with a PS whom I purchased from this summer, and she sent me a 'perfect' Elizabeth. Now, I cut through the chase and call her direct. She's sending my DD's (Elizabethlover101) Jess! You should try them next time!
